The Value Of A Real Estate License and Vacation Rental Management

Our Management program is offered as a service to complement our real estate sales. We are licensed in real estate for the States of Florida and Texas. The state of Florida no longer regulates vacation rental activity. Many of the new discount management companies are not licensed or regulated. Many do not have an office location but only an internet presence. They merely exchange a credit card with a key code. While a license is no longer required, we recommend that you consider the stability that a full service real estate brokerage offers before making a management decision.
