Welcome to Pineapple Realty Group. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pineapple Realty Group website and services (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee listings are complete, current, or error-free. You should verify any information independently before making decisions based on it.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned or licensed by Pineapple Realty Group and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print content for personal, noncommercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: (a) copy, reproduce, republish or create derivative works except as expressly permitted; (b) harvest or collect data from the Site; (c) interfere with the operation or security of the Site; (d) post false or misleading listings; or (e) use the Site to harass, defraud, or harm others.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pineapple Realty Group and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the lesser of $100 or the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for those third parties' content, practices, or terms. Use third-party services at your own risk.
10. Privacy

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with any documents they incorporate by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pineapple Realty Group regarding the Site.
